The volume brings together the proceedings of the conference (28–30 November 2024) dedicated to the forms and meanings assumed by sculptural surfaces from the 15th century to the present day. Divided into four chapters, the book covers artists, chronologies and long-term critical issues, culminating in an examination of the theme of museum accessibility in the Valori tattili project.
