USEFUL INFORMATION

CLOAKROOM AND LUGGAGE STORAGE

Visitors are not allowed to enter the museum with bags, backpacks, suitcases, or items that may be potentially dangerous for the protection of the artworks on display, or that exceed the maximum size of 35 x 30 x 10 cm. A free cloakroom service is available, where visitors can leave their belongings.

Audio guide
The Accademia Carrara audio guide is available at the ticket office (€4 museum only; €5 museum + exhibition).

Bookshop
The museum bookshop offers a selection of publications and merchandise related to the permanent collection and temporary exhibitions.

Bistro
Set within the PwC Gardens, the bistro offers an all-day menu, from breakfast to after-dinner drinks, making it a welcoming place to enjoy at any time of day.

GALLERY TEMPERATURE

For conservation reasons, the gallery temperature is maintained around 20°C. Visitors are therefore advised to bring a light layer to wear during their visit.

Photos and videos are permitted for personal use only, unless otherwise indicated. The use of flash, tripods, stands and/or similar equipment is not allowed, nor is any advertising, promotional, editorial and/or commercial use of images and/or videos of the artworks and exhibition spaces. ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs and certified therapy animals.

Micio Bau Home, located a 2-minute walk from the museum, offers a dog-sitting service for Accademia Carrara visitors. The dog sitter will take care of your dog and accompany it on a walk during your visit. Booking is mandatory and must be made at least 7 days in advance. For information and bookings:
